Dynamic Pass Box
CRESCENDO make Dynamic Pass box is designed to minimize traffic and cross contamination between two areas; and at the same time transfer parts, tools, products etc. from one area to another area.
Technical Details
- Double walled SS 304 / CRCA Powder Coated construction except Filters and motor-blower assemblies which will be in standard execution.
- Minipleat HEPA Filter with hot melt technology, which conforms to EU 13 Grade, with an efficiency rating better than 99.99% for 0.3 µ at supply position.
- Return Air prefilter which conforms to EU 6 Grade, with efficiency of 95% down to 5 micron. These Filters are basically made from micro-Fibre-glass media and are inherently washable.
- Motor, Blower provided are statically and dynamically balanced to supply air flow with sufficient capacity and static pressure for entire life of HEPA. Blower is high performance, noise abated and light weighted.
- Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge (0 - 25 mm or 0-50 mm) to monitor pressure drop across HEPA Filter with respect to ambient.
- ON/OFF Switches for motor & lights.
- SS 304 double walled doors with glass view panels, SS handle, hinges, gasket & Automatic Door Bottom Seal as per application.
- Return Air Grills on side walls.
- Electro - Magnetic Interlocking to ensure only one side door will be opened at a time.
- Indicating Lamp on both sides.
- Door release button on both sides.
- DOP Test port at upstream of HEPA filter.
- Fluorescent Light and UV Light as per requirement along with Hour Meter.

- Air Velocity Measurement Test.
- Smoke Profile Test (Video Shooting/ Photography to be arranged by client)
Site Requirements
- Client to provide the cut - out in Wall / Panel for fixing the Pass Box.
- The Pass Box will be provided with SS angle as per application, which will be grouted into the floor.
- Any civil work required for grouting the Pass Box & outer covings required is not in our scope.
- Client to provide facility of 20 psig compressed air / nitrogen cylinder any compressed gas not harmful to personnel for carrying out the HEPA Filter Integrity Test.
